To ensure smooth operations and reduce fake or unverified orders, the following COD policy is strictly applied:
1. Order Confirmation Process
All orders are confirmed via call or WhatsApp verification before dispatch
Orders without confirmation may be automatically cancelled
Customer must provide correct phone number and active WhatsApp for verification
2. Advance Delivery Charges (Mandatory)
A delivery advance (shipping charges) is required to confirm all COD orders
This advance confirms that the customer is serious and helps cover logistics costs
Orders will NOT be processed or dispatched without advance payment
3. Remaining Payment (COD)
After advance payment confirmation, the remaining amount will be collected via Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of delivery
Courier will only deliver after full payment of remaining amount
4. Fake Orders Policy
Fake, unverified, or unreachable orders will be cancelled immediately
Repeat fake orders may result in blacklisting of customer number
Abuse of COD system is strictly discouraged
5. Address & Information Accuracy
Customer must provide complete and correct address
Incorrect details may result in delay or cancellation

6. Non-Refundable Advance
Advance delivery charges are non-refundable once order is confirmed and processed, except in case of cancellation from our side
7. Agreement
By placing an order on huzbeelofficial.com, the customer agrees to all COD and advance payment terms mentioned above.
