Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear pictures/videos as proof
We will offer a replacement or full refund
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
Refund method:
Bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash (for COD orders)
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
